This includes verifying the identity of the individual signing the document and ensuring the signing was performed without duress or intimidation. Notary services also include certifying a true copy of an original document


A Little More About Sean

I received my Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Robson Hall, Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 2015. I articled at the firm of Restall & Restall LLP before staying on as an Associate, where I currently remain.

Prior to receiving my J.D., I began my University Education at the University of Waterloo's Mechatronics Engineering program. I subsequently transferred to the University of Manitoba's I.H. Asper School of Business where I received my Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) while dual majoring in Management Information Systems and Marketing.

Outside of practice, I am an avid athlete focusing mainly on the sports of squash, ultimate frisbee, and snowboarding.

The Firm

Restall & Restall has a long history of serving Manitobans, as one of the oldest running law firms in Manitoba. The firm started with John Restall Sr., Q.C., Sean's grandfather, and the family has proudly served generations of families and clients since then, in many circumstances building friendships that have followed from one generation to the next.
